2. The Service

Sellgent – AI-Powered WooCommerce Automation connects to your WooCommerce store to generate AI-assisted content and power a customer-facing chatbot. You are responsible for the accuracy of any AI-generated content you choose to publish to your store.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed via Stripe or manual payment as configured by the site owner. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

AI-generated content is produced by third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini). We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output and recommend reviewing generated content before publishing it to your store.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
